About the Fanlisting

I became friends with Meltha approximately two years ago. We both frequent an online posting board, and I was a newbie back then, all bright eyed and bushy tailed. I found Meltha to be one of the most amazingly warm and witty people I'd ever spoken to, online or not. Her way with words, and her intelligence are only usurped by her kind heart and generous manner.

When I became one of the select few to receive her fanfiction in my inbox, I was immediately hooked. Her way with words extended into her writing abilities, and I saw my beloved (and sometimes hated) characters come to life through witty dialogue and deep, thought-provoking plot lines. I begged and nagged and pleaded until she finally set up an account at fanfiction.net, so others could enjoy her stories as well.

It's been quite some time since then, and Meltha has never stopped churning out wonderful stories. She's won awards for her work, and more and more people are recognizing her name. She is not a writer to take lightly. She can make you laugh, and make you cry, and make you stare in awe.

This fanlisting is my thank you gift to Meltha, not just for being an amazing writer, but also for being an amazing friend. I found that The Fanlistings were severely lacking in the Fanfiction author department, and that was just wrong in my opinion. As I thought about all the authors who deserve their own listings, Meltha immediately popped in my mind. While she has no idea what a strong following she has, I know there have to be faithful readers out there, who want to show their support for her amazing work.
